Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of an implied warranty, so portions of this disclaimer may not apply to you. You may have other legal rights that vary by jurisdiction.

We strictly provide entertainment. Please be aware that children need to be supervised by their parents or by the responsible adult member when using our equipment. MYLITTLEPOPUPPARTY will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss, or damage to the property however caused. MYLITTLEPOPUPPARTY has the final decision in all matters relating to these TERMS & CONDITIONS.

The clients agrees that MYLITTLEPOPUPPARTY including its owners, agents, employees accepts no liability for any claim for personal injury, death, or loss or negligence on the part of MYLITTLEPOPUPPARTY however caused. 

The cost of missing or damaged additional items will be discussed at pick up.

The client is responsible for being present to accept the delivery of the equipment as well as during pick up of the equipment. The client is responsible for losses or damages resulting from equipment being delivered to unattended premises or location as requested by the client.

MYLITTLEPOPUPPARTY will never pass on, sell, or distribute client information to any third party.

All material on the MYLITTLEPOPUPPARTY website and on social media pages including photographs, design, layout, and graphics are owned by MYLITTLEPOPUPPARTY and are copyrighted. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

It is agreed that MYLITTLEPOPUPPARTY may display and use video and photographs from decorating session and event for a website, internet promotion, and any other non-commercial purposes thought proper by MYLITTLEPOPUPPARTY.
